  • it will send the code message via satellite. frequency is 406.5Ghz signal recived by the rescue coordination center, 
  • EPIRB capable of send signal to 3NM 
  • some of EPIRB have in build GPS which accuracy is  located to  +- (1- 50) meters 
  • cospassart satellite 
  •   signal will update every 20 mints
